Are you someone who cares deeply for others, often putting their needs before your own? You may find yourself in relationships that leave you feeling drained or unfulfilled. You want to change, but aren’t sure how.
In therapy, I offer a space where you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I invite all parts of you forward, taking a calm, intuitive, and reflective approach to help you understand where these patterns come from and reconnect with the parts of you that need care. Together, we work toward greater balance, confidence, and emotional ease in your everyday life.
I draw on psychodynamic and somatic approaches to support healing, and use a range of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. My focus is on creating a safe and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences and develop the tools to move forward.

Frequently asked questions
What is the cancellation policy?
Your session time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or cancelled last minute, it can prevent another client from accessing support during that time. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. If you know you are unable to attend, please reach out as soon as possible so we can help reschedule your session and potentially offer the time to another client.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, all sessions at Hill Psychotherapy & Wellness are offered virtually through the Jane platform.
Do you take insurance?
At this time, we do not offer direct billing and operate on a pay-and-reimburse model. After each session, you will receive a receipt with the information needed to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Many insurance plans provide coverage for services with a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), though coverage varies depending on your individual plan. We recommend checking with your insurance provider prior to beginning therapy to better understand your coverage for psychotherapy services.
What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is a space to begin getting to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy. We may discuss your current concerns, personal history, relationships, goals, and any questions you have about the therapeutic process. The first session is often a bit more question-and-answer based, as there are some intake questions that need to be covered, but it is also an opportunity to begin building comfort, connection, and a sense of fit.
How long is a session?
A standard clinical hour is 50 minutes. We also offer extended 75- and 90-minute sessions depending on your needs and preferences.
